Event Terms & Conditions

Summary

To participate in the Front Conference 2021, you need a valid COVID certificate. The prices for attending the event, are set out on the relevant registration booking form or on our website. Prices may be subject to change from time to time. If you have to cancel your workshop and/or conference ticket, please send us an email within 30 days after you purchased your ticket but no later than two weeks before the event. Once you cancel the ticket(s), you will receive a refund of your reservation but please keep in mind that we have to plan tickets way ahead of time, so we’ll request a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made later than two weeks before the event starts and attendees who fail to attend for some reason, can’t be considered for refunds. Prices & Payment The prices for attending the event, are set out on the relevant registration booking form or on our website. Prices may be subject to change from time to time.

Please note that all orders by invoices must be paid within 10 days. If you are unable to process payment within this time do not select this option. We'll cancel unpaid orders without further notice after 10 days. When paying please quote your booking references number so we can track the payment.

If you apply to register for the event less than 4 weeks before the date of the event we will only accept payment by a credit card, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. If for any reason we have not received payment in full prior to the date of the event you (or the attending delegate) will be asked as a condition of being permited to attend the event to provide payment by credit card on the day of the event. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time and refuse entry if full payment has not been received.

COVID certificate To participate in the Front Conference 2021, you need a valid COVID certificate. The COVID certificate provides documentary evidence that you have had a COVID-19 vaccination, have had and recovered from the disease or have tested negative. See here if you're travelling from abroad.

Refunds Conference Tickets If you have to cancel your workshop and/or conference ticket, please send us an email within 30 days after you purchased your ticket but no later than two weeks before the event. Workshop Tickets Only limitated seats are available in each workshop. Workshop tickets are transferrable, but not refundable. Contact tickets@frontconference.com for any ticket questions.

Transferring your ticket You may transfer your registration to another person by sending an email to tickets@frontconference.com no later than three days before the event you are registered for. Your request must include your name and e-mail address (as well as all other required fields of the according registration form) as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place. Once we receive this information, a confirmation mail will be sent to the new person.

Substitutions and cancellation If your event is cancelled, Frontend Conference Association Zurich will fully refund your registration fee with no penalties or other reductions. Any fees incurred by cancellations of related commitments, including but not limited to travel and hotel reservations, cannot be paid by Frontend Conference Association Zurich and are your responsibility.

Photos, videos and quotes We may photograph or videotape speakers and attendees for use in online or printed promotions. By virtue of your attendance, you grant us the right to take such photos or videos and to use your likeness in such materials. Quotes given on interviews, twitter or on our feedback forms maybe used for future event marketing. Fully credited wherever possible of course. If you want to take photos, we are happy that you want to share them with the other attendees and publish them. Let us know where to find them and we gonna tell the other attendees about it. The official hashtag to be used is #FRONTZURICH.

Speakers & Schedule Although we make every effort to nail down our speaker list and the event schedule, life happens and circumstances are sometimes beyond our control. Thus, all speakers and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

Accessibility Please contact us, if you want to attend the conference and have any special requirements such as access for wheelchairs. We will do our very best to accommodate you.

Letters of invitation We do not supply invitation letters for attendees. We suggest that you ensure you have the correct visas for travel before purchasing a ticket.
