In many cases, we need to follow up with our attendees before, during, and after the event and we might share the attendees’ contact information with our partners for the same purpose. Xolo Media accepts electronic card payments and payments through invoices. In the case of invoice payments, the client needs to comply with the payment terms stated in the invoice. Xolo Media reserves the right to refuse access to the event or cancel the client’s booking(s) at any time if the payment hasn’t been received from the customer. -Xolo Media doesn’t provide refunds in case of cancellation. Nevertheless, we provide the customer (a sponsor or attendee) with one or more vouchers by which the client can participate in one of our future events. Our voucher validity is one year starting from the date the voucher was issued. This also applies in case of event postponement/cancellation. We’re not responsible for any damages or loss as a result of changes in the event program or postponement/cancelation. We reserve the right to change the program of our event. We don’t provide refunds in case of speaker cancellation/replacement or program modification or absence of expected attendee(s). -Xolo Media has the right to modify its events in terms of the speakers, main topics, location, and/or format if necessary.
