The data that is collected will be used by the Women's Equality Party to plan and manage the event, as well as email you relevant details about the event.
The Women's Equality Party are looking forward to seeing you at the event. The tickets you have bought are not refundable, although if you are unable to come you may be able to transfer to someone else with our agreement. We do not expect to turn down your request to join us at the event, but we reserve the right to do so.
The purchase of a ticket does not confer any right upon the applicant to attend the event; the Women’s Equality Party reserves the right to refuse admission.
Attendees requiring support in order to access the event are asked to register access requirements with us at the earliest opportunity before the event. To discuss access requirements with the team please email info@womensequality.org.uk.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy The Women’s Equality Party follows a strict refund policy: All successful ticket purchases are non-refundable.
If you are no longer able to attend you may apply to transfer the name on the ticket if that person has the same membership status as the original ticketholder: no support can be offered by the Party in finding a transfer recipients and all transfers will be subject to approval by the Party.
The Women’s Equality Party reserves the right to reject or cancel any tickets. The ticket holder will be informed in writing. The Women’s Equality Party will not accept liability for any costs incurred by the ticket holder.
The Women’s Equality Party uses the data you provide to plan, manage and communicate with you about the event for which you registered. The Party and/or its representatives may also contact you to provide you with information about Party activities or to ask you to complete surveys for research and event evaluation purposes.
