By registering for our events, you agree to provide accurate information and follow the event guidelines. Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal, and proof of payment must be sent to us to confirm registration. If you cannot attend, you may change your ticket for another WFS event within the following year or exchange it for a Virtual Pass (requests must be made at least 30 days before the event). Any price difference for a new ticket will need to be covered by you.

If you are unable to attend the event, you may request to change your ticket for any WFS event taking place within the year following your purchase, or exchange it for a Networking & Streaming pass, provided that the request is made at least 30 days prior to the event.
The credit used for the original purchase will be maintained and applied to the new ticket or pass.
If the new ticket has a higher price than the original purchase, the difference must be paid.
