Summary

Please note that WellFest is an over 18s event due to the activities on offer. Tickets are free of charge but are capped for crowd control purposes. You will need to show a valid PDF ticket, either printed or on mobile, to gain access to the event. All activities undertaken at WellFest are at attendees own risk. The promoter is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event other than caused as a result of our negligence. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you accept and acknowledge the use of your image in photos and videos captured at the event. In the event you do not wish your image to be captured or used, please specifically request this with a member of the WellFest or KBC team. If this is request is not raised in person, on the day, the attendee waives the right to their image being used in promotion and documentation of the event or future events, in perpetuity.

WellFest ("we", “us” or “our”) are committed to protecting and the privacy of all visitors to our website www.wellfest.ie (and all pages attaching to and including this domain name) and all visitors who access our website or services (together, the “Site”). WellFest (WF) Limited is the data controller and responsible for your personal data.

This Privacy Statement (and any other documents referred to in it) sets out the basis on which we process and collect personal data from individuals who subscribe to our blog and mailing lists and those who purchase tickets online for our events (both are referred to as “you” or “yours”, as appropriate).

Information we may collect Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our Site or by corresponding with us by e-mail or otherwise. The information you give us may include your name, age, date of birth, postal address, e-mail address, phone number and payment information. We do not use or collect your precise geographic location. We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy notice. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. Children under 13. We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13.
