The data that is collected will be used by the Team Tito Limited only to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.

Everyone participating in any event organized by Tito is required to agree to the following Code of Conduct. This includes all attendees, speakers, performers, patrons (sponsors), volunteers, and staff. Tito is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, neurotype, physical appearance, body, age, race, ethnicity, nationality, language, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Anyone who violates this Code of Conduct may be sanctioned or expelled from these events at the discretion of the Tito event organizers.

Our privacy policy for data collected through our events is covered by our general privacy policy.

7 years

In general, we expect to keep your Personal Data for 7 years following an event — this is the length of time we are required to hold data for regulatory purposes. We shall however delete your IP address after 90 days. In the case of free events, we can delete data sooner if requested to do so. Requests should be sent to our Data Protection Representative Cillian O’Ruanaidh at security@tito.io. Please note that in certain circumstances, we may hold your personal data for a different period, for example, if we believe in good faith that the law or a relevant regulator may reasonably in our view expect or require us to preserve or delete your Personal Data.
