Payment & pricing

One ticket per person is required per entry, to be paid in full prior to the event date.

Payment can be taken online at the time of booking by credit or debit card, alternatively an invoice can be requested.

If an invoice is requested, an email must be sent to hello@voice21.org with the following information detailed:

Name Job title School/Organisation Name & Address Email address Phone number EVENT: Location and date of event Number of places Names and full details of any additional attendees Discount code (if applicable) FINANCE: Address for invoicing (if different from school address) Finance dept email address and phone number

Confirmation of your sale will be made through response to this email where a purchase order no. will be raised. Full payment is required 7 days from receipt. If there is a failure of payment prior to the event, we cannot guarantee entry to the event.

Tickets may be purchased by a Third Party with the full name of the attendee. If this name changes, the purchaser must make it known to Voice 21 ahead of the event that this change has taken place.

If you are ordering tickets which you have seen advertised by us on our website, by contacting us and placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

While we aim to make clear all costings up front, we retain the right to change pricings advertised without prior notice, please check when booking tickets.

Cancellation

We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to the scheduled event in order to issue a full refund.

Note that a cancellation fee of £5 will be apply to each ticket cancelled.

Cancellation within 14 days of the event will result in the full ticket amount being deducted, apart from in exceptional circumstances.

For virtual events, written cancellations made less than seven days before the event date of the will not be entitled to any refund. If the invoice remains outstanding on cancellation, it must be paid in full within 7 days.

Note that a cancellation fee of £5 will be apply to each ticket cancelled.

Cancellation must be received in writing via email and must contain the full booking details including delegate name, school/organisation name and contact details. Your cancellation will be confirmed in writing to the fee payer along with an invoice for any outstanding fees due.

We also reserve the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel any event or event, in which case any booking charges paid by you will be refunded.

However, in such circumstances Voice 21 cannot be held responsible for hotel or travel expenses which you are unable to recoup as a result of an event being cancelled. Or, in the case of a virtual event, Voice 21 cannot be held responsible for any internet connection issues or technical issues associated with personal software and hardware.

Other terms

Voice 21 does not accept responsibility for attendees’ personal belongings or valuables, for example laptops or mobile phones, brought to events. These remain the responsibility of the individual attendees.

Email marketing campaigns published by Voice 21 may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity may be tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation
