Purchase and delivery of your ticket

There is a transfer fee of 4.4% plus 1.80 SEK on each purchase. The transfer fee cannot be refunded. After you have purchased your ticket, we will send you your ticket as a PDF. Please keep this PDF or print out your ticket. You can use either your online PDF or a printed version when you check in at the event.

Cancellation

It is possible for you to cancel your ticket up until 10 days before the event. To cancel your event ticket you need to contact info.upk@gmail.com directly. There is a transfer fee of 4.4% plus 1.80 SEK on each purchase. The transfer fee cannot be refunded.

Photos

Photos and video of you may be taken during the event. By registering, you agree that photos and video of you can be published on the event website and social media during and after the event.

Take care

When you are participating in events and other activities with Uppsala Parkour it’s important that you are comfortable with the mental and physical challenges that always follow when you are moving. You are the one moving, and therefore responsible for your own well-being. Accepting our terms and conditions, you accept that being a part of the activities is your own responsibility, and therefore covered by your own insurance if you are unlucky to have an accident.

Uppsala Parkour reserves the right for mistakes and changes in ticket prices, program, teachers etc.

Under en tid kommer vi att lagra de personuppgifter som du lämnar vid registreringen för att delta i eventet. Ditt namn, telefonnummer, och e-post kommer att användas för att kommunicera med dig. Vi kommer även använda uppgifterna för rapportering av statistik mot våra bidragsgivare. Medical Condition och ICE används vid eventuella nödfall. Vi behöver ditt personnummer/ födelseuppgifter och kön för att vi som förening ska kunna söka bidrag för eventet. Bidragen ger oss utrymmet att genomföra bra event, och samtidigt hålla låga avgifter för deltagarna.

Vid förfrågan har du rätt att se de uppgifter du har lämnat och be att få uppdatera informationen. Endast individer med en ledarfunktion och/eller styrelsefunktion får utöver detta tillgång till denna information.

Du har enligt GDPR rätt att få dina uppgifter raderade/borttagna innan ett år har gått. Skicka då ett mejl till info.upk@gmail.com och meddela oss detta.
