Tickets are non-refundable. As of of August 17th, 2021 a valid COVID-19 certificate is required to enter Svalbard, Norway. To have a valid COVID-19 certificate you are either fully vaccinated or have had COVID-19 in the last 6 months. (Valid documentation of having had COVID-19 disease is an approved PCR test, antigen test or antibody test (not a rapid antibody test).)
