Once Iconic Ventures Group Limited accepts an online booking, a contract regarding the Event will be established between Iconic Ventures Group Limited and the Delegate. However, if the Delegate violates the terms and conditions or fails to comply with the regulations provided, Iconic Ventures Group Limited may terminate the contract and prohibit the Delegate's participation in the Event. In such cases, Iconic Ventures Group Limited reserves the right to recover all outstanding payments and make any additional claims for loss or damage.

Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions will be subject to and interpreted in accordance with UK law, and any disputes arising from the interpretation of these terms and conditions will be resolved by a UK court.

Registration and Payment

To attend the conference, Delegates must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. Payments must be made in full without any deductions, counterclaims, or withholdings, except for any tax deductions or withholdings that are required by law. Delegates will only be granted the right to attend the event once the payment is made in full. Once the ticket registration is completed, no further promotional offers can be applied to the original booking. Delegates can make the payment using a debit or credit card or through an invoice. Please contact us at hello@techcircus.co.uk if you choose to pay via invoice.

Refunds

Please note that all tickets to our events are non-refundable. However, if you find that you are unable to attend the event, we may be able to offer you the option of transferring your ticket to a colleague or offer you credit that you can use towards any future event within a 12-month period. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@techcircus.co.uk.

Cancellations

Please note that we may cancel, reschedule, or modify our events. If such changes occur, all Delegates will be notified well in advance.

We may make certain changes to our events, including but not limited to digital and technical improvements, modifications to our agenda and speakers, changes to the venue or online streaming platform, and adjustments to the event date and timings to comply with relevant laws and regulations.

If an event cannot be held in person due to government restrictions or safety concerns, Iconic Ventures Group Limited will automatically move your ticket to the online conference. In these cases, 40% of the original ticket price will go towards the online event, while the remaining 60% will be kept as credit by Iconic Ventures Group Limited. This credit can be used towards any future event within the next 12 months from the original event date. However, if the credit is not used within this timeframe, it will expire, and We will no longer be responsible for the ticket holder's credit.

In case an event cannot be held in person due to government restrictions or safety concerns, and a Delegate decides not to attend the event, Iconic Ventures Group Limited will issue a credit for the original ticket fee. This credit can be used at any future event organised by Iconic Ventures Group Limited within 12 months from the original event date. It is important to note that the credit will expire after this 12-month period, and Iconic Ventures Group Limited will not be responsible for it.

The Delegate can opt to transfer the credit to another individual, but it is their responsibility to provide the transferee's information.

The changes will be communicated to You by the Iconic Ventures Group Limited team within a reasonable timeframe.
