• In case of cancellation on or before ‘March 1, 2021’, you will be charged 25% of the registration fee as cancellation fee.
• In case of cancellation on or before ‘March 31, 2021’, you will be charged 50% of the registration fee as cancellation fee. • In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the event 100% of the registration fee will be charged.
• Cancellation needs to be done in writing by e-mail to the organisers. The date of cancellation is determined by the date of the e-mail.
It is possible to change the participant information to allow a replacement to attend the event in your place up-to April 5th 2021. Please make sure that you inform the organisation and that the person that is taking your ticket fits the ticket profile. After this date, if for any reason you cannot attend, please contact the organisation at info@t-update.com.
If you wish to attend one of our events but do not wish to register online, please contact the event organiser. Contact details for each event are provided on the event booking page.

In case of insufficient number of registrations the organiser retains the right to cancel or postpone the event.

In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in, the events I hereby warrant and represent that I am age 18 or above and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue EUATC or its members, employees, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that I may hereafter suffer or sustain before during or after the Event unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of EUATC. This Waiver and Releases is specifically binding upon my heirs and assigns and is knowingly given. How we will use your information The information you provide will be used to process your booking. We will also use it to contact you regarding your booking. We may also contact you to undertake post-event evaluation.
Until 1 year after the event date
Retention of information: Personal information provided for the purposes of booking to attend an event will be deleted within 1 year, for use in evaluation. However, for certain events you may be asked if you consent to be contacted by the EUATC again. If you agree to this, the EUATC will hold on to your data in line with our privacy notice. Access to your information and correction You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of this information, please contact us at secretary@euatc.org. We want to make sure that your information is accurate and up to date. You may also ask us to correct or remove any inaccurate information.
