The data that is collected will be used by Swift Aveiro to manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.
By purchasing a ticket or registering on our event you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. All purchases of tickets can be refunded until April 23rd, 2020 (subject to 20€ transition fee). From April 24th until May 21st 2020, there is a 200€ of penalty for refunds. After 21 of May, we don’t accept any refunds and transfers anymore. Tickets paid using Paypal cannot be refunded after 60 days of purchase. SwiftAveiro will not provide transport or travel expenses for any attendee. All workshops have limited places; attendees can book a place by registering (first come first serve order). SwiftAveiro is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancelation of an event. SwiftAveiro reserves the right to cancel the conference in case of an upcoming risk to the integrity and/or health of all participants. Our liability is limited to the refund of the conference ticket(s).

Finally, we are also not responsible for the attendee's failure to appear on one of the workshops.
Disclaimer regarding cancellation
SwiftAveiro reserves the right, but takes no obligation, to cancel the conference in case of an upcoming risk to the integrity and/or health of all participants (i.e., but not limited to, epi-/pandemic health disease). SwiftAveiro is the sole responsible for this decision and does not premise a warning or interdiction of governmental authorities.
In case of cancellation for the aforementioned health / integrity risks, the liability of SwiftAveiro is limited to the refund of the conference ticket(s) paid by the attendee (or his/her employer). As such, any further costs of or consequential damages to the participants are excluded (i.e., but not limited to, flights and hotel bookings).
The relationship of the participants with SwiftAveiro is governed exclusively by Portuguese law.

Your personal data will only be used for organizational purposas and will not be shared with any 3rd parties. After July 1st 2020 this data will be effectively deleted.
We store your name, email and order details (eg: VAT) for the purposes of invoicing and organizing this conference. Opting-out of this will prevent us from fulfilling our obligations to you.
Optionally, we also collect other personal information such as Twitter handle and preferred t-shirt size. All of this data is optional and you can opt-out by leaving the relevant field empty during ticket registration and assignment.
We may also take photographs of the event and/or its participants. If you wish to opt-out, please reach out to our staff any time during the event.

The data that is collected will be used by Swift Aveiro to manage the event for which you registered. After July 1st 2020, we'll dispose any data we own about you or, if you prefer, send us an e-mail before that date in order to delete your private data before that time.
