By attending our event, you agree with your picture being taken or zou being filmmed for documentation prposes. How do we collect your data? Data are collected when you provide it to us while you are purchasing the ticket. This could, for example, be data you enter on a contact form or additional questions at the payment form. We also have professional photographers and filmmakers documenting the event. By attending the festival, you agree with a picture of you being taken. What do we use your data for? Part of the data is collected to ensure the proper and improved functioning of the event. We create statistics of it to have better understanding of who attends our events. Other data can be used to analyze who are our festival visitors and how to better communicate with them. We never share your data with third parties. We use photos and videos from our events for documentation and communication purposes. They are being shared with festival’s partners and sponsors as well as on our social media and website. What rights do you have regarding your data? You always have the right to request information about your stored data, its origin, its recipients, and the purpose of its collection at no charge.
