Tickets ,Accommodation and Exhibition packages are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another member unless agreed, in advance, by Scouts Scotland Headquarters. Transfers cannot happen in the final two weeks before the event.

Scouts Scotland reserves the right to cancel, postpone or otherwise alter the content or date of the event without notice. In such circumstances, Scouts Scotland may, at its own discretion, return any payment received without penalty of a cancellation charge.

Only alcohol purchased on the site may be consumed at the event after 1700 and all attendees must drink responsibly. Anyone thought to be under the influence of alcohol during the day will not be permitted to take part in any of the adventurous activities and may be asked to leave the site.

There will be no bad weather provision for campers.

No under 18s are permitted. Challenge 25 will be in operation. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, please remember your ID. If challenged and you cannot provide ID, you will be refused the sale of alcohol and may be asked to leave the event.

If you book our indoor or our Tented Village accommodation, you will be held liable for any damage to the buildings incurred during your stay. Please respect this as if it were your own.

We will make every effort to cater for allergies, but you will need to let us know of any dietary requirements two weeks before you attend the event.
