The data that is collected will be used by the SCA Event Manager to plan and manage the event for which you registered. You will also receive relevant details about the event via email.

Accommodation is in single or double rooms. Beds may be double or twins and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We will endeavour to create same gender rooms unless you've given us a roommate preference. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
In case you can no longer attend our event, we keep to the following cancellation policy: A 100% refund of the received ticket fee until 2 months prior to the event start date. A 75% refund of the received ticket fee until 1 month prior to the event start date. After this date no refund is possible, no exceptions. Transferring your ticket to another person is possible via the reassign feature on your ticket
SCA cannot be held accountable for any damages or loss of personal belongings.
A photographer/video crew will be present at our seminars and events. By attending the event, you consent to photographs and video material to be taken and published.
