1. General Terms Attendance at Salesforce Ben events is subject to the following terms and conditions. By registering for and/or attending any Salesforce Ben event, attendees agree to comply with these terms.
2. Event Admission Salesforce Ben events are exclusively for individuals working within the Salesforce ecosystem. Registration for an event does not guarantee entry. Salesforce Ben reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual at its sole discretion. Salesforce Ben and the venue reserve the right to check attendees' identification to ensure adherence of local alcohol consumption laws
3. Behavior and Conduct Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. Salesforce Ben reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event who exhibits inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive behaviour. In cases of severe misconduct, Salesforce Ben may ban the attendee from future events.
4. Open Bar & Catering Policy Salesforce Ben may offer an open bar at certain events. However, once the minimum spend allocated for the open bar has been reached, the bar will switch to a paid bar. Attendees will be responsible for purchasing their own beverages thereafter. Attendees are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. Salesforce Ben reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any individual and to remove anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately. Food may be provided at certain events, subject to availability. Salesforce Ben does not guarantee the provision of food at all events. Attendees are advised to plan accordingly.
5. Liability Salesforce Ben is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during the event. Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. Salesforce Ben is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur.
6. Event Changes and Cancellation Salesforce Ben reserves the right to change the date, time, location, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice to the attendees. In the event of cancellation, Salesforce Ben will make reasonable efforts to inform attendees as soon as possible.
7. Photography and Media By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded. Salesforce Ben may use these images or recordings for promotional purposes. Should you not want to be photographed or recorded, please let a member of the SFB team know in advance via email or on the event day.
8. Data Protection Attendees’ personal information will be handled following Salesforce Ben’s privacy policy. By registering for the event, attendees agree to the collection and use of their information as described in the policy.
9. Acceptance of Terms By registering to a Salesforce Ben event, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
