The following T&C's apply to those attending any Salesforce Ben event across the world.
SF Ben Events Terms & Conditions Last updated: April 9, 2026 These Terms & Conditions apply to all registrations and ticket bookings for SF Ben Events (“Event”). By registering for, booking, or attending an Event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. For booking questions, contact events@salesforceben.com. 1. Organiser SF Ben Events are organised by SFB Ventures (“Organiser”, “we”, “us”, “our”). 2. Registration and Contract 2.1 A binding contract is formed when: you complete the registration process; where applicable, payment is received in full or an invoice arrangement is confirmed by the Organiser; and a booking confirmation is sent to you by email. 2.2 All tickets and registrations are subject to availability. 2.3 We reserve the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any booking at our reasonable discretion, including where payment is not received, attendee information is inaccurate, or these Terms & Conditions are breached. 3. Prices and Payment 3.1 Most SF Ben Events are free to attend, but some events or ticket types may be paid. Any applicable prices will be shown on the event registration page and may change at any time before booking. 3.2 Once a booking has been completed, the price paid is final and cannot be adjusted retrospectively. 3.3 Accepted payment methods may include: credit card; debit card; and invoice for approved group bookings. 3.4 Where payment applies, all amounts must be paid in full in the currency shown at checkout, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3.5 If payment by invoice is approved, payment must be made by the due date shown on the invoice. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings. 4. What Your Ticket Includes 4.1 Unless otherwise stated on the registration page, an in-person ticket may include: access to the event and sessions; networking opportunities; refreshments and/or catering where applicable; access to sponsors and partners; and post-event content, if applicable. 4.2 Virtual tickets, if offered, include only what is expressly stated on the registration page and do not include in-person access unless specified. 4.3 Travel, accommodation, insurance, parking, and personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated. 5. Confirmation and Entry 5.1 After registering, you should receive: a confirmation email; a payment receipt, where applicable; and further event information closer to the Event. 5.2 Entry is only permitted to attendees with a valid registration or ticket issued by us or our approved ticketing platform. 5.3 We may ask for proof of identity, proof of eligibility for discounted ticket categories, or proof of booking before granting entry. 5.4 Tickets and registrations may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for promotional or commercial purposes without our prior written consent. 6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers 6.1 If an Event is free to attend, no refund will be due if you cancel or do not attend. 6.2 If a paid ticket applies, any refund deadline will be stated on the registration page or in the event-specific terms. 6.3 Tickets may be transferable up to the deadline communicated by the Organiser. 6.4 Transfer requests must be sent to support@salesforceben.com and are only valid once confirmed by the Organiser. 6.5 The original booking holder is responsible for providing accurate replacement attendee details and ensuring the substitute attendee agrees to these Terms & Conditions. 6.6 Group bookings may be subject to separate invoicing and administration terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking. 6.7 Failure to attend the Event does not entitle the attendee to a refund, credit, or transfer after the relevant deadline. 7. Changes to the Event 7.1 We reserve the right to make changes to the Event where reasonably necessary, including changes to: the date; venue; format; programme; speakers; session topics; timings; or ticket allocations. 7.2 Speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, session content, and agenda details are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice. 7.3 We will use reasonable efforts to notify attendees of any material changes. 8. Event Cancellation or Postponement 8.1 If the Event is cancelled by the Organiser and not rescheduled, paid ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket fee actually paid. 8.2 If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, we may offer, at our discretion: transfer of the ticket to the new date; an event credit; or a refund. 8.3 Our liability for cancellation, postponement, or material change is limited to the amount paid for the ticket. 8.4 We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including travel, accommodation, subsistence, loss of opportunity, or other personal expenses. 9. Code of Conduct 9.1 SF Ben Events is committed to providing a safe, professional, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and partners. 9.2 Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive conduct, disruptive behaviour, or inappropriate conduct of any kind will not be tolerated. 9.3 We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the Event, without refund where applicable, if in our reasonable opinion the attendee: breaches the Event code of conduct; poses a risk to safety, wellbeing, or property; behaves in a way likely to disrupt the Event; or fails to comply with venue, security, or staff instructions. 9.4 All attendees must behave respectfully and comply with all applicable laws and venue rules. 10. Admission, Security, and Venue Rules 10.1 Admission is subject to venue capacity, security requirements, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. 10.2 We and venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for health, safety, security, or conduct reasons. 10.3 Attendees must wear their badge, wristband, or other event credentials as instructed. 10.4 Tickets and registrations remain our property and may be withdrawn if misused. 10.5 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or duplicated tickets, badges, or personal belongings. 11. Recording, Photography, and Media 11.1 The Event may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded by the Organiser or approved third parties. 11.2 By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that your image, likeness, voice, comments, and participation may be captured and used by the Organiser for legitimate promotional, editorial, archival, or commercial purposes in any media worldwide without further approval or compensation. 11.3 Select sessions may be recorded and shared with attendees after the Event. 11.4 Attendees may take reasonable photographs for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise indicated. Recording, livestreaming, or distributing session content may be prohibited in certain areas or sessions and must comply with any instructions given by the Organiser, speakers, or venue. 11.5 Media attendance is subject to prior approval by the Organiser. Speaker Content and Intellectual Property 12.1 All intellectual property rights in Event materials, presentations, branding, content, recordings, and related materials remain the property of the Organiser, speakers, sponsors, or other relevant rights holders. 12.2 Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, publish, or commercially exploit Event content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder. 12.3 Attendance at the Event does not grant any licence or right to use any trademarks, logos, materials, or content except as permitted by law. 13. Data Protection and Privacy 13.1 Personal data may include (but is not limited to): name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and registration details. Personal data collected during registration and event participation will be processed by the Organiser in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy. 13.2 Personal data may be used for purposes including: administering your registration; processing payment; providing event updates and attendee communications; managing access to the event platform/app; accommodating dietary or accessibility requirements where provided; providing post-event content; and improving future events SF Ben Ventures marketing communications Sponsor marketing communications 13.3 Sponsor marketing communications. By registering for the Event, you acknowledge and agree that your contact and profile information (including name, email address, company, job title, and other registration details) may be shared with selected Event sponsors for the purpose of event-related communications, follow-ups, and promotional outreach. Sponsors may contact you directly, and you may unsubscribe from such communications at any time. The Organiser is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or communications of third-party sponsors. Attendees should review the privacy policies of any sponsors they engage with. 13.4 Where you choose to use the event platform/app, book meetings, connect with attendees, or interact with sponsors or partners, certain profile or contact information may be visible or shared in accordance with your platform settings and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy. 13.5 By registering, you consent to receiving essential communications relating to your attendance. Where required, you may be asked to provide consent for certain types to receive marketing communications from the Organiser or relevant partners. 14. Accessibility and Dietary Requirements 14.1 We aim to make our Events accessible and inclusive. 14.2 If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let us know as early as possible at events@salesforceben.com. 14.3 Dietary requirements should be submitted during registration. While we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate notified dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 15. Health and Safety 15.1 Attendees must comply with all health and safety procedures, security checks, and venue regulations in force at the Event. 15.2 Attendees are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own health, safety, and personal property while attending the Event. 15.3 We may introduce additional health or safety measures where reasonably required, and attendees must comply with them. 16. Travel and Accommodation 16.1 Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements unless otherwise stated. 16.2 We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs incurred in connection with the Event, including where the Event is changed, postponed, or cancelled, except where required by law. 17. Liability 18.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. 18.2 Subject to clause 18.1, the Organiser shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, data, or goodwill; or loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 18.3 Subject to clause 18.1, the Organiser’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Event or these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total ticket fee paid by the attendee. 18. Force Majeure 19.1 The Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, change, disruption, or cancellation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; severe weather; flood; fire; epidemic or pandemic; war; terrorism; civil unrest; industrial disputes; travel disruption; governmental restrictions; or venue unavailability. 19.2 In such circumstances, the Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone, convert, or cancel the Event and its obligations shall be limited as set out in these Terms & Conditions. 19. General 21.1 We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply unless changes are required by law or for operational reasons. 21.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. 21.3 A person who is not a party to these Terms & Conditions shall have no right to enforce any of their terms. 21.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them. 10.
