The data that is collected will be used by the Organizer to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.

Event Terms & Conditions

Summary

All participants must pay ticket fee in full along with the additional fee directly to the venue. Racers and participants are required to meet all safety standards and venue guidelines. All in attendance understand the risk of the event and agree to release the race organizers from any liability. Attendees agree to receive emails from Rider Guide and Sponsors of the Event.

Full Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The event is open to all participants, those who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration are permitted to race.

Registration: Participants can register for the event through the official event website. All participants must complete the registration process and pay the registration fee in full along with the additional venue fee.

Venue Requirements: 10$ fee, liability waiver, no donuts or burnouts in parking areas, helmets worn at all times while on mEV, 5mph speed limit on pit road and parking areas

Safety: Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the race organizers. Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in disqualification. The organizers of the event will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all participants and viewers. This includes monitoring the weather conditions and making adjustments or cancellations if necessary.

Heat advisory: It is highly recommended that all participants and viewers take necessary precautions to stay cool and hydrated. Sunscreen and hats are also recommended.

Emergency services: Emergency medical services will be on site in case of any accidents or injuries.

Liability: Participants acknowledge that participation in the race and event involves certain inherent risks and agree to release the race organizers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the race. All participants in the race must sign a waiver of liability, which releases the organizers of the event from any responsibility for accidents or injuries.

Cancellation: The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the race due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be provided.

Copyright: Participants agree to allow the event organizers to use photographs, video, and other recordings of the event for promotional purposes.

Code of conduct: Any behavior that is disruptive or harmful to other participants or viewers will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone from the event who exhibits such behavior.

Disqualification: The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions of the event.

Refunds: No refunds will be provided to participants who are disqualified from the event.
