The data that is collected will be used by RE•WORK to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.

Event Terms & Conditions

Summary

Full payment must be received prior to the event taking place. Discounts are only available at the time of booking and cannot be applied post-purchase. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a colleague or another event if the event is more than 4 weeks away.

Full Terms & Conditions

Payment: Full payment must be received prior to the event taking place. RE•WORK does not accept cash or cheque. Transaction charges and bank fees are the responsibility of the payee and cannot be deducted from the event ticket price. Participation will be withdrawn if full payment is not received by the date of the event.

Cancellation Policy: More than 4 weeks prior to the event: Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred, once, to a colleague or credit worth the ticket price can be applied to another RE•WORK Summit dated within 12 months of the ticket purchase date.

Please note: The credit you accumulate may not be sufficient to cover the cost of a new ticket, in these instances additional payment will be required. If your credit exceeds the amount required for a new ticket to a future RE•WORK Summit, no refund will be provided.

Less than 4 weeks prior to the event: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation or transfer requests must be made in writing to hello@re-work.co at least 4 weeks prior to the event taking place. Less than 4 weeks prior to the event: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. After the event: Tickets are void

All sales are final and refunds of any kind are not provided.

Discounted Tickets: Discounts are only available at the time of booking and cannot be applied post-purchase.              
Group discounts are only available at the time of booking and cannot be applied post-purchase. Any group cancellations will incur an increase in ticket fee for the remaining group members.

RE•WORK reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased incorrectly. Please ensure you select the correct ticket for your professional status. Contact hello@re-work.co for further information on ticket types and eligibility.   

Student Tickets: Students must be studying full time in an accredited undergraduate, masters or graduate program. Student email must be used for registration. Students will be required to show Student ID at registration. Student ID must be valid at the time of registration at the Registration Desk. Participation will be withdrawn if Student ID is not valid.

Startup Tickets: Startup tickets are applicable for tech startups who were founded less than 5 years ago and have raised less than $5mill. Consultants, independent contractors and recruiters are not eligible for this pass type. Startups must be an incorporated and trading company. RE•WORK reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased incorrectly.

Complimentary Tickets: A complimentary ticket provides access to the live event only; unless otherwise agreed.

Speaker Videos and Presentation Slides: Video presentation and speaker slide content available subject to speakers approval for distribution.

Privacy Policy: This privacy policy sets out how RE•WORK uses and protects any information that you give RE•WORK when you register for an event or use our website: https://www.re-work.co/privacy

How your information will be used at events: We share delegate lists for our events to facilitate conversations and encourage networking. The information on this list will include your Full Name, Job Title, and Company Name. Your Full Name and Company Name only will be printed on your name badge. If you do not want this information shared on the delegate list for any reason, please let us know at least 1 week before the event. Please note, your personal contact information (such as email address or phone number) will not be shared without your consent.

We may provide event participants with the ability to scan each other's details to facilitate future discussion and collaboration. By allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, sponsor, or fellow attendee, you are providing those third parties with my Name, Job Title, Company Name and Email Address that were submitted when registering for this event so that they may contact you in the future. If you do not want your badge to facilitate scanning for any reason, please let us know at least 2 weeks before the event.

Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees throughout the conference and at all conference events, whether part of the core RE•WORK conference, its workshops, or dinners. To make clear what is expected, all delegates/attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers and volunteers at any RE•WORK event are required to conform to the following Code of Conduct. We will retain your personal data as follows: Account Data, Profile Data, Service Data, Publication Data, Enquiry Data, Customer Relationship Data, Notification Data, Correspondence Data, Usage Data, will be retained for a minimum period of 8 weeks following our last contact with you and for a maximum period of 3 years following our last contact with you. In some cases, it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, we will determine the period of retention based on the following criteria: the period of retention of Account Data, Profile Data, Service Data, Publication Data, Enquiry Data, Customer Relationship Data, Notification Data, Correspondence Data, and Usage Data will be determined based on how long our relationship with you continues. We may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
