The data that is collected will be used by RE•WORK to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.By registering, you agree that RE•WORK may share your information with our event partners and sponsors and they may contact you about their products or services. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

Event Terms & Conditions

Summary

Full payment must be received prior to the event taking place. Discounts are only available at the time of booking and cannot be applied post-purchase. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a colleague or another event if the event is more than 4 weeks away. RE•WORK reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the event schedule.

Changes to this policy
These Terms apply to you from the date of publishing and until these Terms are superseded by a new version. We may update these Terms at any time for legal or regulatory reasons, or to reflect changes in our services or business practices.

Payment
Full payment must be received prior to the event taking place. RE•WORK does not accept cash or cheque. Transaction charges and bank fees are the responsibility of the payee and cannot be deducted from the event ticket price. Participation will be withdrawn if full payment is not received by the date of the event.

Cancellation Policy
More than 4 weeks prior to the event: Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be transferred, once, to a colleague, or credit worth the ticket price can be applied to another RE•WORK Summit dated within 12 months of the ticket purchase date.
Less than 4 weeks prior to the event: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
After the event: Tickets are void.
RE•WORK reserves the right to cancel & void any tickets purchased at any given time if we see fit to do so. This can include (but is not limited to) registrations placed by Competitor Organisations, Recruiters & Consultants. RE•WORK also reserves the right to deny entry to those who have purchased tickets incorrectly or if false details are given. RE•WORK is not liable for any costs associated with the cancelling of a ticket.

Cancellation or transfer requests must be made in writing to hello@re-work.co at least 4 weeks prior to the event taking place. All sales are final and refunds of any kind are not provided.

Event Schedule
RE•WORK aims to ensure that summit speakers, presentations, topics, app & dates are correct at the time of publishing, however, due to circumstances beyond our control substitutions, alterations, postponements, or cancellations to the content, format, themes, moderators, timing, app or dates are subject to change. Any changes to the former will be clearly communicated to attendees as soon as possible. RE•WORK reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule and dates & is not liable to cover any costs incurred by delegates as a result of these changes.

Vendor Registration Vendor passes are available to Vendor companies who are not sponsoring the event. Vendor companies include: Solution/Software Providers, Consultancy, and 'as a service' organizations. Vendors are NOT eligible for any other pass type. Vendor registrations will be reviewed for the correct rate and will not be admitted to the event if they do not pay the correct rate. Tickets purchased by vendors incorrectly are non-refundable and must pay the correct rate in full. RE•WORK reserves the right to enforce the rate for Vendor passes, for tickets purchased incorrectly.

Student Tickets: Students must be studying full time in an accredited undergraduate, masters or graduate program. University/College affiliated E-mail address must be used for registration or Passes will be made void. Students will be required to show Student ID at check in. Student ID must be valid at the time of check in at the Registration Desk. Participation will be withdrawn if Student ID is not valid or proof of an affiliation with an Academic Institution is not provided.
If you are currently employed, in any capacity, by an organization working within a field related to the event or a Vendor companies (includes Solution/Software Providers, Consultancy, and 'as a service' organizations), this ticket option is not suitable.

Online Conference App
If you choose to create a profile on the summit app, your profile will be discoverable and visible in the app to other attendees.

Usage terms
Access to the Virtual Summit and use of the summit app require compatible devices and a high-speed internet connection. RE•WORK cannot be held accountable for connection issues during the Virtual Summit and will strive to provide you with recordings of any missed presentations post-event.

Any fees incurred as a result of joining the Virtual Summit via mobile networks are the responsibility of the attendee.

Post-Event Presentation Recordings/Slides
All presentations will be recorded, with the intention of distributing to attendees after the Summit has concluded alongside the presentation slides. However, presentation and slide content is only available subject to the speaker’s approval for distribution. Approved content will be viewable on our AI Library.

How your information will be used
We share delegate lists through the summit app to facilitate conversations and encourage networking. The information shown on this list will include your Full Name, Job Title, and Company Name. If you do not want this information shared on the delegate list for any reason, please let us know at least 1 week prior. Please note, that your personal contact information (such as email address or phone number) will not be shared without your consent, which can be given or rescinded during the registration process.

We will retain your personal data as follows: Account Data, Profile Data, Service Data, Publication Data, Enquiry Data, Customer Relationship Data, Notification Data, Correspondence Data, Usage Data, will be retained for a minimum period of 8 weeks following our last contact with you and for a maximum period of 3 years following our last contact with you. In some cases, it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained.
