Tickets are not refundable. If you want to change the ticket holder, you can contact us. If the in-person event could not be held or the capacity had to be reduced for reasons beyond the control of the organization, all in-person tickets would become remote. We cannot guarantee the refund of the price difference. If the remote event could not be held either for reasons beyond our control, we would try to postpone it for later dates.
