By purchasing this ticket you:

1. Agree to adhere to Product Forge's code of conduct https://productforge.io/code-of-conduct/ whilst you are attending or otherwise involved in the event.
2. Understand that whilst we will consider all refund requests without prejudice on a case-by-case goodwill basis, tickets are non-refundable except in situations where the event is cancelled, and non-transferable without the prior agreement of Product Forge. In the unlikely case that the event is cancelled, our liability is limited to a full refund of the cover charge.
3. Understand that for security reasons you are required to wear an attendee badge, and be able to produce your ticket and allow us to verify photo identification such as a drivers licence or passport at any time whilst inside or attempting to gain access to the venue. Under-18s are welcome but may only attend with our prior consent. Under-16s need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have made arrangements with us in advance of the event. CCTV will be in operation in the public spaces.
4. Understand that Product Forge may cancel your ticket and refuse entry, or eject you from the venue in the event of i) a code of conduct violation ii) where you cannot produce your ticket, badge, or photographic identification iii) where we have been requested by yourself or your legal representative not to communicate with you or iv) where your attendance could, in our assessment, disrupt or bring into disrepute the event or result in a hazard to our other attendees.
5. Counterfeit electrical equipment, or equipment which otherwise fails our safety checks will be confiscated by our team as it could cause a fire or electrical shock to yourself or other attendees. As it remains your property such equipment would be returned when you leave the venue but it's use inside will not be permitted.
6. Understand that the event will be recorded and documented throughout (this includes write-ups and minute taking, still photography, videography and livestreaming) and consent to the inclusion of your details or likeness in this media which may be used for promotional, reporting or academic purposes by Product Forge or our event partners. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.
7. Agree to receive communications from Product Forge regarding this event, as well periodic communications (from which you may opt-out) regarding follow-on activities related to your participation in this event. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. These Terms & Conditions may be revised after you have purchased a ticket but before the event has completed. A copy of the current Terms & Conditions will be available on request from events@productforge.io and posted inside the event venue.
9. If any of these terms are deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the terms remain in full force and effect.

We would like to draw your attention to the following:

1. The event will be recorded and documented for promotional, reporting and academic purposes by Product Forge and our event partners. This includes write-ups and minute taking as well as digital media recorded in the public spaces such as still photography, video, livestreams and timelapses. Collectively we refer to this as "event media". In attending the event you consent to the inclusion of your details or likeness in event media.
2. Notwithstanding the above, and without prejudice to our legitimate interests, we always do our best not to include any attendee's name or likenesses in event media if they so request. In this case we would ask you to wear a special wristband and require your cooperation to stand away from camera sight-lines. Unfortunately we can't guarantee your exclusion due to the practicalities involved at a busy public event. In particular, it should be noted that photos & video may be taken by other attendees and shared on social media. Provided that their behaviour is in accordance with our code of conduct, we will not prohibit this.
3. CCTV will be in operation in the public areas of the event and monitored by event and venue staff or the police. CCTV footage is not considered to be event media.
4. We collect your personal data in order to process your booking and payment, and this must be held by us while there is a requirement to do so for legal compliance as well as to fulfil any contractual duties to you.
5. You will receive communications from Product Forge regarding this event, as well periodic communications (from which you may opt-out) after the event related to your participation. This could include notifying you of a funding opportunity for your project.
6. Unless legally required, we do not share your personal data with third parties unless your booking fee is being sponsored or reimbursed by a third party, in which case we will share you contact details with them.
7. This Privacy Policy may be revised after you have purchased a ticket but before the event has completed. A copy of the current Privacy Policy will be available on request from events@productforge.io and posted inside the event venue.
