1. Definitions • “Event” means PLM Road Map & PDT EMEA 2026. • “Organizer (s)” means HKAB, Kungsgatan 86, 112 27 Stockholm, Sweden (Org nr: 559353-1618) and CIMdata, Inc., 6863 Daly Road, Dexter, MI 48130 USA. • “Attendee” means any person registered for the Event. • “Industrial end-user” means an organization whose primary business is the design, manufacture, operation, or ownership of physical products, assets, or systems at scale, and which bears product or asset responsibility and associated business risk. Typical examples include OEMs, tier suppliers, operators, and asset owners in sectors such as aerospace and defense, automotive, industrial equipment, energy, AEC, and plant. • “Non-industrial end-user” means any organization or individual whose primary business is providing products or services to other organizations, including but not limited to software providers, solution and services providers, cloud or data-platform providers, systems integrators, engineering services firms, management or technology consultancies, resellers, and independent contractors. • “Education” means a person employed full-time by an accredited university or public research institute who attends exclusively for non-commercial research or education purposes and not for prospecting, business development, or selling. • “Government/DoD” means an employee of a national or regional government department or agency attending in an official capacity. • “Dual affiliation” means an attendee who holds roles or commercial interests in both an Industrial end-user and a Non-industrial entity, or who intends to represent, promote, or prospect on behalf of a Non-industrial entity.
2. Registration & Fees Category Full Fee (ex. VAT) Early-bird discount* Industrial end-user (incl. Govt./MoD, academia) € 895 –€ 200 Non-industrial end-user (incl. software/solution providers, consultants) € 1 495 –€ 200 Fees are paid in EUR via debit/credit card payment method only. *Valid for registrations completed on or before 15 September 2026. 2.1 Purpose and representation rule. Pricing is determined by the organization the attendee represents at the Event and the attendee’s primary business activity, not by the tools used, projects performed at customer sites, or whether a customer invited the attendee. 2.2 Tool-use does not qualify. Use of PLM/CAD/ERP/simulation or any related tools in the delivery of services to clients does not qualify an organization as an Industrial end-user. 2.3 Partners and invited attendees. Being a partner, subcontractor, or invitee of an Industrial end-user does not confer that end-user’s pricing. Each attendee is classified on their own merits under these Terms. 2.4 Education eligibility. To qualify for Education pricing under the Industrial end-user rate, the attendee must register using a university email, the fee must be paid by the academic institution, and attendance must be solely for research or educational purposes. If the attendee holds any commercial role or intends to network or sell on behalf of a commercial entity, the Non-industrial rate applies. 2.5 Dual affiliation. Where dual affiliation exists, the Non-industrial rate applies. 2.6 Verification and reclassification. The Organizers may request evidence (including employer name, VAT number, website, job title, and a declaration of purpose) and may reclassify any registration at their discretion. If reclassified before the Event, the attendee must pay the difference in fees before the Event, or the ticket may be canceled and refunded in accordance with section 3. If misclassification is identified on site, admission is contingent on immediate payment of the fee difference; if unpaid, admission may be refused without refund.
3. Cancellations & Substitutions Notice period Refund Up to 30 days before Event (cancel by 4 October 2026) 100 % refund of fees paid less € 100 ex VAT service charge per ticket. 30-15 days before Event (5–19 October 2026) 50 % refund of fees paid less € 100 ex VAT service charge per ticket. 15 days or less before the Event No refunds accepted Substitutions are accepted at any time without fee, subject to eligibility checks under section 2. 4. Code of Conduct All Attendees must: • Treat others with respect and professionalism. • Refrain from harassment or disruptive behavior. • Non-industrial Attendees, who are not official sponsors, may not market, solicit business, or disparage sponsors during the Event. • Attendees are not permitted to organize or promote activities, meetings, or events that conflict with or detract from the official conference program. • Non-industrial Attendees who are not official sponsors of the event are not permitted to purport to be an active participant in the event and hold events that purport to be associated with the event. Outboarding and suitcasing are strictly prohibited. Breach of the code of conduct may result in removal without refund. 4.1 Event Media and Recording Policy The following activities are strictly prohibited anywhere on the event premises: • Content Repurposing: Taking photos of presentations, videos, or detailed notes for the purpose of creating and distributing analyses, infographics, summaries, reports, or derivative content for any website, blog, or professional social media channel (including LinkedIn). • Unauthorized Interviewing or Solicitation: The solicitation or conducting of interviews with any speaker, attendee, or staff member for any non-personal, professional, or commercial purpose or publication. • Full Session Recording: The use of any device to record full sessions, keynotes, or discussions. Exceptions require the organizer’s prior written consent. Attendees and Event Sponsors are encouraged to capture and share moments from the conference for personal, non-commercial use on social media: • Taking quick photos of presentation slides (for personal reference only). • Taking photos of yourself and associates in networking areas. • Posting to LinkedIn or X with relevant event hashtags. Official Photography: Event organizers reserve the right to photograph and/or video conference activities, sessions, and networking areas for promotional and archival use.
5. Event Changes Organizers may modify the program, speakers, venue, or format (including virtual delivery) for valid reasons. If the Event is canceled, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.
6. Liability & Insurance Attendees participate at their own risk. Organizers, their affiliates, and the venue accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Attendees are advised to arrange adequate travel and health insurance.
7. Intellectual Property All Event materials remain the property of the respective rights-holders. Recording or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Data Protection Personal data will be processed as described in the Event Privacy Policy in compliance with GDPR.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute arising shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
10. Changes to these terms 10.1 The Organizers may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication. 10.2 This clause does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable consumer-protection law or GDPR. International Data Transfers Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on: • European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses; or • Recipient’s certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework; or • Another GDPR-approved mechanism. 6. Retention Personal data is stored on Team Tito Ltd.'s ticketing & payment platform until 24 months after the Event’s end date (5 November 2028), then permanently anonymized or deleted. Earlier erasure can be requested (see Section 7). 7. Your Rights You may: • Access your data • Rectify inaccurate data • Erase (“right to be forgotten”) • Restrict or object to processing • Data portability • Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local DPA.
