The personal details you provide will be used by HKAB (data controller) and our co-organizer, CIMdata Inc., to plan and run the conference, issue tickets and badges, communicate essential event updates, and (if you agree) send post-event materials and relevant marketing. To deliver these services, we use Team Tito Ltd. as our ticketing platform and selected service partners. Your contact details (name, email, job title, company) may be shared with event sponsors so they can send you information about their PLM-related products or services. Some sponsors and CIMdata Inc. are based outside the EEA; any transfers will be covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting Hakan@hakankardenab.onmicrosoft.com
Industrial end-users—including education, government, and MoD participants—may attend for €895 ex VAT, while non-industrial delegates such as software, systems, or solution providers and consultants pay €1 495 ex VAT, with an early-bird discount of €200 for registrations completed by 15 September 2026. Cancellations received at least 30 days before the event are refunded in full minus a €100 ex VAT administration fee per ticket; those received 15–30 days out receive a 50 % refund less the same fee, and no refunds are issued thereafter, although delegate substitutions are welcome. Non-industrial attendees who are not sponsors must refrain from active selling or disparaging sponsors during the conference. Lunch and coffee breaks are provided, but accommodation and travel are the attendees’ responsibility. HKAB and CIMdata accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damages, and any disputes fall under Swedish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm.
HKAB (controller) collects your name, contact/billing details, job and company info, dietary needs, and any additional data to run the conference, deliver services, process payments, and—if you opt in—send follow-ups and marketing communications. Data is shared only with CIMdata Inc. (co-organizer, USA), Team Tito Ltd. (registration platform), venue/catering staff, and event sponsors. Transfers to the USA follow the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. We will keep it on the platform for up to 24 months after the event, then anonymize or delete it unless you request earlier. You may access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or port your data, and file a complaint with IMY. Contact: Hakan@hakankardenab.onmicrosoft.com.
