Terms and Conditions for the 2025 Oxford Real Estate Conference

1. General Information 1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the 2025 Oxford Real Estate Conference ("Event"), organised by the Oxford Real Estate Society ("Organiser"). By registering for the Event, you agree to these Terms. 1.2 The Event will take place on Thursday, 10 April 2025 at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Park End St, Oxford OX1 1HP. Event details, including agenda, speakers, and timings, are subject to change. 1.3 The Event is intended for real estate professionals, investors, academics, students and other relevant industry participants. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who do not align with the Event’s audience profile. 2. Registration and Payment 2.1 All registrations must be made via the official Event website or approved registration platforms. 2.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. 2.3 All prices quoted are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. 2.4 The Organiser reserves the right to apply discounts, special offers, or early bird pricing at its sole discretion. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy 3.1 Cancellations by attendees must be made in writing via email to conference@oxres.org The following refund schedule applies: • Cancellations received by Friday 28 February 2025: Full refund minus service fee. • Cancellations received between 29 February 2025 and Friday 14 March 2025 50% refund. • Cancellations received after Friday 14 March 2025: No refund. 3.2 Substitutions are allowed up to 30 March 2025, provided written notice is given and the substitute meets the Event’s eligibility criteria. 3.3 In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Organiser, attendees will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. The Organiser will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by attendees. 4. Admission and Conduct 4.1 Admission to the Event is granted only to registered attendees with valid tickets. Students will be required to present Student ID at the registration desk. 4.2 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals from the Event for inappropriate behaviour, breach of these Terms, or actions that compromise the safety or enjoyment of others. 4.3 Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The Organiser accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items. 5. Data Protection and Privacy 5.1 By registering for the Event, you consent to the Organiser collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for the purposes of Event administration and communications. 5.2 Your data may be shared with Event sponsors and partners unless you opt out during registration. 5.3 The Event will be photographed and recorded.
