The data that is collected will be used by the Organizer to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.

Event registration is subject to availability and may close earlier than the posted deadline, as determined in our sole discretion. Your safety and security is important to us. You understand that you and your property may be subject to a reasonable search upon entry to the Event and you may be asked to provide photo identification. By participating in the Event experiences, you agree that we may derive information from recordings of your voice and images of your face and retain and use all resulting information, in each case in accordance with the NDD Privacy Policy. Registration and ticket fees are non-refundable but your ticket may be transferred to another person up until 14 days ahead of the event. You acknowledge and agree that your attendance and participation in the Event is voluntary, and you understand the nature of the Event.

Nordic Domain Days (NDD) is committed to processing personal data in an accountable, non-discriminatory, and gender sensitive manner. NDD should process personal data in a fair manner, in accordance with its objective and on the basis of consent from the data subject. By registering for a specific event, you agree to NDD’s processing of the personal data you submit as part of registration for the following purposes: to communicate with you regarding the specific event for which you registered, for our internal reporting purposes, as reasonably necessary for the management and organization of the specific event for which you registered; and, for any other purpose to which you consent in connection with the specific event.

Until 1 year after the event date

Data will be kept until 1 year after the event date then it will be anonymized. If you’d like your data removed sooner, please contact us.
