Registration & Payment Nearform requires all attendees to register and make payments, if applicable, for the event. Tickets are non-refundable unless specified. Ticket transfers may be possible however, you will need to send in a request and have a written confirmation 15 days prior to the event date.
Event Changes, Cancellations, and Postponements Nearform reserves the right to change the event agenda, venue, or speakers at any time without prior notice. In the case of event cancellation, attendees will receive a full refund within a reasonable time frame. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds for postponed events will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Code of Conduct Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Liability and Insurance Nearform is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and should arrange their own insurance coverage if deemed necessary.
Force Majeure Nearform is not responsible for event cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or pandemics.
Photography and Media By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and for such media to be used by Nearform for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the event organisers in advance.
Privacy and Data Protection Nearform is committed to protecting your privacy. By registering for the event, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for event-related purposes, including communication about the event and future updates.
Nearform’s Privacy Statement applies to personal information collected by Nearform Limited through the nearform.com website and through any other websites or forms including Tito where we include a link to this Privacy Statement. By registering to this event, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information by NearForm in the manner described in this Privacy Statement and elsewhere in links provided by Nearform at the time of collection.
