Health and Safety 3.1 The Participant understands and accepts that participation in certain events may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury or illness. 3.2 The Participant agrees to take full responsibility for their own health and safety during the event and to comply with any safety instructions or guidelines provided by the Organiser or its representatives. 3.3 The Participant acknowledges that they must have appropriate personal insurance coverage in place for the duration of the event, including but not limited to medical insurance.
Liability and Release 4.1 The Participant acknowledges that Nanak Naam and its representatives will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of participants during the event. 4.2 The Participant agrees that Nanak Naam, its trustees, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and partners shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred during the event, unless arising from their proven negligence or wilful misconduct. 4.3 The Participant hereby releases and discharges Nanak Naam, its trustees, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to their participation in the event.
Intellectual Property 5.1 The Participant acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and logos associated with Nanak Naam, are the sole property of the Organiser. 5.2 The Participant agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute any Nanak Naam intellectual property without obtaining prior written consent from the Organiser.
