The data that is collected will be used by the Organiser to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.
A primary goal of all the conferences and user groups that refer to this Code of Conduct is to be inclusive to the largest number of contributors, with the most varied and diverse backgrounds possible. As such, we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ability, ethnicity, socioeconomic status and religion (or lack thereof). This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all those who participate in our community, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior. We invite all those who participate in our events to help us create safe and positive experiences for everyone.
Your registration is immediately binding and non-refundable. You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation arrangements.
If you have purchased a ticket but cannot attend the conference, you have the option of transferring your ticket to another person. To transfer yours, you may send to the new attendee the link you receive from ti.to after the purchase: the new attendee can then change all the relevant ticket data.
The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to low registrations or due to unforeseen circumstances, such as: major weather conditions, war, terrorism, country boarders closing and other natural disasters. In such an event, ticket holders will be refunded their ticket price. Other claims against the event organizer are not possible.
Should a speaker cancel for whatever reason, the event organizer reserves the right to find a replacement speaker.
For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the conference.
With your registration you give the conference organizer permission to take photos, videos and audio at the event and permission to use such material for event marketing.
You are welcome to take your own photos, audio and video through the event. Please feel free to share them with us and other attendees via Email, Twitter or Flickr, etc. and use the #jskongress hashtag.
Full length audio and video recordings of talks are not allowed unless granted explicit permission by the event organizer.
The ‘Alte Kongresshalle’ is fully accessible to wheelchair users. If you have any requirements you think we should be aware of, please let us know at the point of registering so that we can ensure we meet your needs and have someone on hand to assist you if required. We aim to meet all access requirements but the more notice you give us, the better able we are to assist.
Every attendee, sponsor and speaker, by virtue of purchasing a ticket or attending, agrees to comply in full with our conference code of conduct.
As being responsible for our attendees, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentiality in particular in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. By using this website, various personal data is collected.
