MRM 11 Rebooted

Manchester Rubbermen is a Private Members Club and is responsible for organising the events around the Manchester Rubber Weekend.

Manchester Rubbermen is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, race or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.

The weekend wristband is your ticket and your membership card for the duration of the MRM 11 Rebooted Weekend, and is not transferable.

By purchasing, or completing a tickets is deemed as also applying for temporary membership Of The Manchester Rubbermen, Eagle Bar, Cruz and Rem Bar for the duration of the 'weekend' (providing you meet the membership requirements of each individual venue). This list of venues may be varied prior to the MRM Weekend. In such, you are are agreeing to the following:-
​ 1. Membership is checked on the door of any event by the doorstaff. Doorstaff will operate under the Challenge 25 principles.
​2. If someone approaches a Manchester Rubbermen event wishing to gain entry but doesn’t hold membership, if they fit our criteria then they maybe invited to complete an application there and then this will be considered by a member of the core team, or a designated representative so that they can be admitted to the event.
​3. Our events are held within various premises, there may be other door checks carried out by doorstaff of the relevant venue, failure to comply with any reasonable request from doorstaff may lead to your entry to the venue being refused.
​4. By accepting membership, you are agreeing that your personal information will be held by the premises in line with GDPR requirements. Personal information will only be retained until such time as membership is no longer in place.
​5. Members will adhere to the dress code of the various events, as advertised for each event.
​6. Any form of discrimination, harassment or intimidation is regarded as unacceptable behaviour, and ongoing membership will be reviewed.
7. The taking of illegal substances will incur immediate revocation of membership, and any Member will be asked to leave the event forthwith.
​8. Members must behave in an appropriate and considerate manner, and treat all members of staff with courtesy (in person, writing or by telephone). ​
9. Members must behave in an appropriate and considerate manner towards other Members and their guests.
10. Membership cards and wristbands, where issued, are for the use of the Member only. These must not be altered or duplicated. Cards cannot be loaned to family members or friends. The membership card remains the property of Manchester Rubbermen and must be presented to a member of staff upon request. Any membership card which is found to have been used in contravention to the above will be confiscated.
11. MRM events may feature internal artwork involving nudity and sexually explicit thereas, also the events may contain areas where nudity occurs, and other members are participating in sexual activity, although these areas are not always signposted, they will be hidden away from the entrances to the club, if you are easily offended then please avoid entering these areas.
12. If you wish to report any incident within the club night, please make the main doorstaff aware, and report it to a MRM team member in attendance at the event.
13. Individual Venues and Events may have specific admission policies (eg dresscode, gender etc). These requirements will be in addition to the weekend ticket and must be adhered to. Eagle Bar Manchester is a male identifying and or presenting only venue.

Failure to adhere to the above will lead to a review of your membership by the group and the Member may face suspension - or indeed termination - of their membership.

MRM 11 full weekend tickets will be exchanged for a wristband during the MRM weekend. Each weekend wristband will act as admission tickets for the evening events during the MRM weekend Individual events may managed by third parties on behalf of Manchester Rubbermen and separate terms and conditions of entry will apply to each event and venue.

Any personal information given during the registration for tickets, will be maintained by Manchester Rubbermen for the administration relating to MRM Weekend. Specific details may be shared with organisers of the evening events where these details are requested e.g. for ticket validation.
