The data that is collected will be used by the Organizer to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.
Important information regarding transfers and refunds
Tickets will be non-refundable 1 week before the event. Tickets will be non-transferable 2 weeks before the event. Failure to show, for any reason will not entitle the ticket holder to a partial or full refund. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
Regarding Your privacy...
We host this conference to create a safe and collaborative space for our community. We value your privacy and the trust you place in us with your information. We will never sell your contact information. We will never pass it to any other party without your explicit consent. We do however, encourage you to allow us to share your name and email address with (and only with) the companies who support the event as sponsors and exhibitors. However you have the right to refuse as part of your registration process.
12 months
We will delete your data within 1 year of the event you registered to attend. The duration gives us just enough time to ensure your are briefed and aware of the following years event and any related activity by Mojofest Ltd in the interim period.
