I agree that Lothian Junior Chess can use the data I have provided to plan and manage the event for which I have registered. Lothian Junior Chess may also use the provided email address to send me relevant details about this event and of similar events in future. Relevant data may be shared with Chess Scotland for grading purposes and tournament data published on the chess-results.com website.

**Over the board events**: Lothian Junior Chess events are not drop-off events. Parents or carers are responsible for supervising their children when they are not in the playing hall. Once a player’s tournament game is completed, the player is required to leave the playing hall immediately after handing over the results and cannot return to the playing hall until the start of the next round.

The data that is collected will be used by Lothian Junior Chess to plan and manage the event for which you registered. Lothian Junior Chess may also use the provided email address to send you relevant details about the event you are registering for and about future events in which you may be interested which are run or promoted by us. Relevant data will also be shared with Chess Scotland for grading purposes. Tournament data will be published on the chess-results.com website. Information passed to chess-results.com will be subject to the terms and conditions detailed on their web-site.
