Event Terms & Conditions

Summary

Please be on time so that you are seated before the show starts. Be aware that the doors to the Comedy Club close @8:15pm & you will not be permitted entry once the show has started. Tickets are non-refundable. Please read our full terms & conditions before purchasing tickets.

Full Terms & Conditions

Please read the following before purchasing tickets;

•This event is only suitable for persons over the age of 18.

•Please check your ticket information carefully, as tickets are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that a show is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date or a refund can be requested in writing to info@laverysbelfast.com within 72 hours of the show being postponed.

•Lavery's does not accept liability for unused tickets in the event of circumstances beyond its control e.g. extreme weather or political or civil unrest.

•If you are unable to attend a show that you have purchased a ticket for, you are free to resell or reassign the ticket.

•Beer or wine from the package tickets may be substituted for a non-alcoholic drink

•Ticket holders must act respectfully during the perfomances and failure to do so could lead to immediate ejection from the event & no refund will be issued.

•Please be on time so that you are seated before the show starts. Be aware that the doors to the Comedy Club close @8:15pm & you will not be permitted entry once the show has started.

•If you have purchased a package ticket, please leave sufficient time to eat & drink before the show starts.

•Tickets for the show do not guarantee entry. The door staff & management have the right to refuse any intoxicated person who is trying to enter the building.

•Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in any building or enclosed space. The permitted areas for smoking are the beer gardens & roof terraces.

•A CCTV system is in operation throughout the venue. Images are monitored and recorded to prevent, detect or investigate crime and for public safety. By entering the venue, all persons acknowledge that photographic images and/or video recordings may be taken of them and may be used by Lavery's and its partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Entry to the venue is confirmation that all persons have consented to such use of their image.
