These terms and conditions of itonic Agility Advisors GmbH exclusively apply to the event. Any other or deviating provisions do not apply.

Services
The language and materials of the event will be in English. The services include any materials and the location for the duration of the event as well as drinks during breaks and lunch. All other costs, such as cost for travel and accommodation costs, are not included in the ticket price.

The documents handed over as part of the training are intended exclusively for the personal use of the training participant and remain the property of the training provider until the training fee has been paid in full. Informing third parties, passing on the documents to third parties and duplication is not permitted. In particular, the copyright regulations of the manufacturer and the copyright owner apply.

Participants
The number of participants is limited. Registrations will be considered in the order of their arrival. In case the minimum number of participants is not reached; itonic Agility Advisors GmbH reserves the right to cancel the event. In this case, the already booked ticket fees will be fully refunded. Any further claims cannot be made. A substitute participant for a registered participant can be named. In this case, itonic Agility Advisors GmbH has to be informed about the change before the start of the event and provided with the data of the substitute participant.

Pricing
The ticket prices listed are in EUR excluding statutory VAT. Invoicing takes place immediately after the order is placed. The stated ticket price plus the statutory value-added tax applies to invoicing. The invoice amount is due immediately without deduction.

If the payment is not timely in advance to the event received, the organizer is entitled to exclude the participant from the event. In case of open invoices that have not been settled before the start of the event, an additional reminder fee can be charged. Cancellation For cancellations between 6 and 2 calendar weeks before the start of the training, a cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket price will be charged. For cancellations within 2 calendar weeks before the start of the event the entire ticket price will be charged. Even in the event of complete or partial non-participation, 100% of the full training fee must be paid.

Force Majeure
If the event is cancelled due to illness of the trainer, force majeure or other unforeseeable events, there is no right to have the event held. The organizer will then refund the full ticket fee. However, the organizer is not obliged to reimburse any additional costs and cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages and claims.

Disclaimer
The organizer assumes no liability for the loss or damage of items brought along, nor is liability for personal injury before, during and after the event.

To provide the services related to the event itonic Agility Advisors GmbH uses as 3rd parties the following services:
- Tito (Team Tito Limited located in Ireland) as event platform
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Limited located in Ireland) as Payment Provider within Tito

To achieve the intended purposes, we have to provide data collected for the event to these parties.

We will also provide the trainer (Geoff Watts, Inspect & Adapt Ltd) with information about the registered participants.
