The data that is collected will be used by the Organisers of IOS Annual conference to plan and manage the conference, as well as email you relevant details about the conference and future events.
A cancellation of registration must be received in writing at least 8 weeks prior to event. Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable.
Cancellations & Refund Policy for IOS 2019 are as follows. Cancellation of registration to attend IOS 2019 must be received in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. We regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued. There is no refund for nonattendance at the conference. Substitutions will be accepted at any time up to 14 days before the conference (Friday, October 4th, 2019) provided that full details are submitted.
We collect your name and email address when you use the subscribe form on our website. We also collect your name and email addresses if you decide to use our e-newsletter platform which is provided by MailChimp. We use this platform to deliver information about the upcoming Conference as well as new closely related events for health professionals. For the purpose of registration, we use Tito registration system, and we collect all relevant information for you to be able to register and attend the Conference. This information includes your name, affiliation, email, phone contact, social media handles/links, job title, country and dietary and/or access requirements.
We require this information primarily to be able to provide registration and attendance to the Congress delegates. We also need it to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
