The data that is collected will be used by the Organiser to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.
For in person International Signs of Safety Gatherings or other Signs of Safety events such as workshops, training courses etc, Elia offers partial refunds up until 30 days prior to the event. If there are fewer than 30 days until the event is due to commence, no refunds will be issued; however place substitutions (sending one person to the workshop in place of another) are permitted. For online workshops and training, Elia offers partial refunds up until 7 days prior to the event. If there are fewer than 7 days until the event is due to commence, no refunds will be issued; however place substitutions (replacing one person at the workshop in place of another) are permitted.
The refund amount is calculated as follows:
Refund = Total Cost – 15% Administration Fee
Example: Gathering fee = $1195.00 Refund = $1195 – (1195 x 0.15) = $1195 – $179.25 Refund = $1015.75
