These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in events and use of services provided by: – World Summit AI Ltd (Company No. 10577140), organiser of conferences including World Summit AI (“Events”); and – Inspired Minds Media Ltd (Company No. 09970194), operator of the InspiredMinds! community hub and membership platform. Together referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”. By purchasing a ticket, registering for an Event, subscribing to membership services, or using our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in events and use of services provided by:
– World Summit AI Ltd (Company No. 10577140), organiser of conferences including World Summit AI (“Events”); and
– Inspired Minds Media Ltd (Company No. 09970194), operator of the InspiredMinds! community hub and membership platform.
Together referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”.
By purchasing a ticket, registering for an Event, subscribing to membership services, or using our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
2.1 Ticket purchase
All tickets must be purchased through authorised channels. Tickets remain our property and constitute a personal, revocable licence to attend the Event.
2.2 Ticket use
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.
However, tickets may be reassigned to another attendee up to 7 days prior to the Event, subject to approval and completion of all required attendee details.
Unauthorised resale or transfer of tickets (including via third parties or ticket brokers) is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
2.3 Attendee details
All attendee details must be accurate and complete. We may refuse entry if details are incomplete or inaccurate.
2.4 Reassignment
Ticket reassignment may be permitted up to 7 days prior to the Event, subject to approval.
We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase where we reasonably believe it has been made by a ticket broker, reseller, or in connection with unauthorised commercial activity.
3.1 Physical Events
You agree to comply with all venue rules, health and safety requirements, and reasonable instructions from event staff.
3.2 Digital Events
You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable equipment and internet access. Recording, reproducing, or distributing Event content without permission is prohibited.
3.3 Event changes
We reserve the right to modify Event content, speakers, schedule, format, or venue at any time.
4.1 Access
Where you subscribe to the InspiredMinds! community hub, you will be granted access to membership features, networking tools, and digital content.
4.2 Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including:
– harassment or abuse of other users
– unauthorised commercial solicitation
– sharing inappropriate or unlawful content
4.3 Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms or engage in inappropriate behaviour.
5.1 General policy
Tickets are generally non-refundable.
5.2 Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel your registration within 7 days of your booking and receive a refund of the fees paid, less an administration charge equal to 10% of the total fees (plus VAT, if applicable).
Cancellations requested after 7 days from the date of purchase are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to hello@inspired-minds.co.uk.
Tickets are issued for a specific event date and are therefore exempt from statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer law.
5.3 Complimentary tickets
If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already purchased a ticket for the same Event, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you have been selected as a volunteer and have already purchased a ticket, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5.4 Ticket reassignment
You may change the name on your ticket up to 7 days before the Event, either directly via your ticket order or by contacting hello@inspired-minds.co.uk.
Reassignment requests may be subject to approval and all attendee details must be complete and accurate.
5.5 Event cancellation or postponement
If we cancel an Event, you may be offered:
– a refund; or
– a credit for a future Event
If an Event is postponed and you cannot attend the new date, you may receive a credit for a future Event.
Any refunds may be subject to deduction of payment processing fees where applicable.
5.6 Force majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour we consider inappropriate, disruptive, or in breach of these Terms.
We also reserve the right to refuse access to individuals or organisations we reasonably consider to be competitors or acting against our commercial interests.
You may not organise, host, or promote any event that is presented as affiliated with or related to our Events without our prior written consent.
By attending an Event, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be taken.
You grant us the right to use such content for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
Unauthorised recording or commercial use of Event content is prohibited.
All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our Events and platforms remain our property or that of our licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
We use cookies and similar technologies on our websites and platforms to operate our Services, improve functionality, analyse usage, remember preferences, and, where applicable, support advertising and marketing activities.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
13.2 Severability
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
13.3 Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms.

Personal information processed in connection with the Services is controlled by the relevant entity as described above, being either World Summit AI Ltd or Inspired Minds Media Ltd, depending on the service you engage with.

– Attendee registration information. When you register to attend a Conference, you must provide us with basic information such as Title, Name, Country of residence, Phone number, Company Type, Company Size and Sector. We also give you the option to provide additional information.
– Community hub and membership data. When you subscribe to the InspiredMinds! community hub, your information will be used to create a profile within our community platform. This includes your name, email address, company details, job title, interests, and engagement data within the platform (such as connections, messages, and event participation). Once registered, you may receive login credentials or access links via email to access the InspiredMinds! community hub.
– Conference data. When you register for a Conference, your information will be used to create a profile within the Conference app. This will include your name, email address, company details, job title, interests, and engagement data within the platform (such as connections, messages, and event participation). Once registered, you may receive login credentials or access links via email to access the Conference app. You have the option to download the Conference app, providing us with additional profile information in the Conference app, such as name, email address and photo, which will be discoverable within the app by other attendees and partners of the Conference.
– Volunteer registration information. When you register to volunteer at a Conference, you must provide us with basic information such as Title, Name, Country of residence, Phone number, Company Type, Company Size and Sector. We also give you the option to provide additional information.
– Payment and credit card information. When purchasing tickets to attend a Conference, you must provide us with your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card, debit card or bank information. This information will only be shared with third parties such as our ticketing partner, Ti.to, or Stripe or Paypal, who perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction.
– Conference survey responses. We may ask you to participate in optional surveys regarding your experience at the Conference in order to help us improve the event and for related commercial purposes.
– Third party social media accounts. If you choose to connect your social media account(s) with the Conference app, we may receive certain information from that account, such as your title, picture, and other information you authorize.
2.2 From your browser or device. We automatically collect certain information from your browser or device when you use certain Services or read a message from us. For example, we collect data regarding the device you are using, such as its unique identifier and operating system; logs will be recorded by our servers based on the information sent from your app or browser; and information may be recorded by cookies and similar technologies when you use the Services. QR code scanning functionality on your badge may be enabled to facilitate networking. By allowing your badge to be scanned, you may choose to share your contact information with other attendees, partners, or exhibitors.
6.2 Sharing with exhibitors, speakers, sponsors or connected parties. By registering for or participating in sessions sponsored or hosted by third parties, you may consent to the sharing of your personal data with such third parties, including your name, mobile number, email address, company, and job title.
Some of these third parties may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland. Where this is the case, your personal data may be transferred internationally in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Following registration, you may receive automated emails from our platform providers containing login details and instructions to access the relevant platform.
