Consent Statement

Statement

The data that is collected will be used by Inkthreadable to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event. Your data will never be reused or sold on.

Event Terms & Conditions

Summary

These terms and conditions apply to Inkthreadable events and may differ from the Terms of Use for the products and services we offer at www.inkthreadable.co.uk. Our offices are accessible by wheelchairs and we have a disabled toilet on-site. We'll make every effort possible so that everyone can take part in our events so if there's something you'll need help with please let us know. Not all tickets need to be paid for, but if not then an option to make a donation will be available. Tickets can be cancelled for a refund (if a ticket has been paid for or you've made a donation) up to 72 hours before the event. After this time, or in the event of a no-show, Inkthreadable reserve the right to charge you in full for the ticket since a place was held for you that could have been offered to others. Inkthreadable take no responsibility for costs incurred by you for travel, accommodation and other expenses relating to the event.

Full Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Inkthreadable events and may differ from the Terms of Use for the products and services we offer at www.inkthreadable.co.uk.

Inclusion & equality

At all of our events Inkthreadable are committed to make every effort to ensure equality of access and to meet the needs of the target audience. There is disabled access to the venue and disabled toilets on site. Please let Inkthreadable know if you have any specific needs.

Event fees

Some Inkthreadable events may have a ticket cost whilst others offer the option for a donation for charity. Ticket prices include event participation and course materials. Inkthreadable will specify in the online booking details if refreshments are included. Attendeses are responsible for finding and paying for their own accommodation, if required, and travel.

Payment

Where a fee is charged for attending an event, all payments must be completed online through PayPal. No payment card details will be held by Inkthreadable.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations 72 hours or more before the beginning of the event incur no penalty, and Inkthreadable will refund your fee in full, apart from bank transfer fees which may apply. Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, are charged in full and no refund will be made.

You can cancel your place at an event by emailing events@inkthreadable.co.uk with your ticket details.

Please note that the cancellation policy is applicable for all bookings made as this booking reserves a place for you. Inkthreadable reserve the right to require payment for no-shows as these incur the same cost and prevent the place being offered to other attendees.

No repayment will made for travel, accommodation and any other costs incurred by you.

If Inkthreadable cancels an event

Occasionally Inkthreadable may have to cancel or postpone an event. If a cancellation takes place Inkthreadable will use reasonable endeavours to notify all customers who are booked on by telephone, email or in writing.

Inkthreadable will refund your event fee or transfer your booking to another date or event, whichever suits you best. Unfortunately Inkthreadable will not be able to refund travel or accommodation expenses or other costs incurred by you.

Please note that Inkthreadable has yet to cancel or postpone an event so it's thankfully very rare.

Changes to an event

It may be necessary for reasons beyond Inkthreadable's control to change the content or speakers for an event. Inkthreadable will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of changes made to timing and venue. Inkthreadable reserve the right to make changes to an event without notice to booked attendees.
