ICRS 2022 Outings

Cancellations and/or changes must be sent in writing by email to the administration team on ICRS2022@gowest.ie and will not be accepted by telephone. Please quote your booking reference on all correspondence. There is no refund for non-attendance All tours are subject to a minimum number of bookings. If the minimum number of bookings is not reached, the tour will be cancelled. 3 week's notice will be given of such cancellation. An alternative tour option will be offered, or the payment made minus admin fee will be refunded. Cancellation of a booked item refers to complete and or part-cancellation and or adjustment/cancellation of registration or accommodation booking based on the following: Social Programme Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled before May 17th, 2022- will receive a full refund less administration fee of €15 • If cancelled after May 17th, 2022 - Will receive No refund for cancellations. 1. Registrations are by the completion of the online registration form only. No booking is confirmed until payment is received in full. 2. Delegates are strongly advised to arrange their own personal insurance to cover medical and other expenses including accident, illness, theft or loss. Where a delegate must cancel for medical reasons or any other reasons, the normal cancellation policy will apply. 4. There is no refund for non-attendance. 5. All fees/rates are quoted in Euro €, all bank transfer fees/charges are the responsibility of the participant. 6. All tours are subject to a minimum number of paid participants. If the minimum number of bookings is not reached, the tour will be cancelled. 3 week's notice will be given of such cancellation. An alternative tour option will be offered or the payment made will be refunded. No cancellation fees will apply to tours cancelled by the Organiser. 7. The Conference Organisers and Go West Conference & Event Management acting as booking office for ICRS 2022 and the committees will not be held liable for any loss or damage of personal items of attendees or injury caused at any venue used in connection with the conference. 8. ICRS 2022 committee and Go West Conference & Event Management (The Organisers) reserve the right to alter any of the social programme or other arrangements for this conference; including cancellation or postponement of the event should unforeseen circumstances require it. The organisers accept no responsibility for resulting costs or inconvenience to participants in this case. 9. The Organisers do not accept responsibility for any inconvenience or costs due to non-availability of tours or social events. 10. Children/Minors must be accompanied by an adult/guardian at all times, who accepts full liability for this child/minor. Note that the conference and all social events and activities have not been planned with children/minors in attendance. Please contact Go West Conference and Event Management via email in advance of the conference to making any booking arrangements. You may be refused entry should prior notice not be provided.

What we collect

We collect your name and email address when you register for one of the tours. We also collect your name and email addresses and dietary requirements. We use this platform to deliver information about the upcoming tours as part of the ICRS conference. For the purpose of registration, we use Tito registration system, and we collect all relevant information for you to be able to register and attend your selected tour. This information includes your name, affiliation, country and dietary and/or access requirements.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information primarily to be able to provide tour registration information to delegates. We also need it to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• Registration & Attendance for the Conference Delegates.
• Communicating with you to make sure you have all important information regarding the tour attendance and general information. We also communicate with you should we require an important piece of information that we couldn't/didn't obtain through registration or subscription from your part.
• Internal record keeping.
• We may use the information to improve our products and services.
• ICRS may provide an attendee list to the various tour operators.
