Email the Data Protection ContactThe data that is collected will be used by the Organiser (ICPA) to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event.
Cancellation Policy: Prior to 15th April, tickets purchased can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Cancellation is no longer possible after this date. A small administrative fee may be applied to refunds to cover transactional costs. Invoices must be paid in full within 7 days of issue, or 7 days prior to the event Start Date (21 April), whichever is soonest. Invoices cannot be used as a payment method after this date.
The organisers (ICPA and EuroPris) reserve the right to cancel any registrations where fees have not been paid.
Attendees agree to use online networking features responsibly. This includes, but is not limited to: i) spamming; ii) trolling; iii) unsolicited advertising and marketing; iv) inappropriate or offensive language; v) inappropriate or offensive images. The Organisers reserves the right to remove attendees from online networking features and/or remove access to the event as a result of misuse and may result in further action being taken.
Due to the dynamic nature of event planning there may be instances where the Organisers are unable to provide the full range of benefits or expectations provided as part of an attendee’s conference registration. The Organisers seek the understanding of attendees under such circumstances with the provision that refunds will not be given, in part or complete, as compensation for any of the following:
i) Programme changes; ii) Speaker/session cancellations; iii) Limited or non-availability of special events or ancillary activities; iv) Inability to provide items or materials.
The Organisers will endeavour to ensure that attendees receive a timely notification in order to access services, claim any benefits or special privileges which may be applicable to their registration. The Organisers are not liable for failure to deliver services or benefits as a result of an attendee not receiving, reading or not adequately responding to such a communication.
The Organisers are committed to protecting your personal contact information. Under no circumstances will the Organisers share attendee personal contact information with any third party, this includes event sponsors and exhibitors. We may however share the name, function, company, sector, interests, and country to assist the networking components of our conference.
The data that is collected will be used by the Organizers (ICPA and EuroPris) to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event. The Organisers may also use your information to provide you with details of future events or activities that may be of interest to you - where this occurs you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from such mailings;
Attendee information collected via the Tito registration system will be shared with our online conferencing platform Swapcard;
We will not share your personal contact information to third parties without your prior consent.
By participating in this event you accept that the Swapcard system will reveal your contact information should you willingly make or accept a contact request with another participant;
During the course of the event you may receive emails or notifications from event sponsors or exhibitors. Where this occurs it should be noted that these are messages facilitated by the Organisers on behalf of a third party or relayed via the communication settings provided by the platform. Your personal contact information has not been shared.
Until 5 years after the event date
Data will be kept until 5 years after the event date then it will be anonymized.
