1. Admission is at attendee's risk. The organisers and the venue will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained within the premises, or as a result of the event.
2. Admission may be dependent on the presentation of valid proof of COVID-19 immunisation and/or a negative COVID-19 test result. Each attendee is responsible for any costs resulting from any such requirement. We reserve the right to add other entry requirements to ensure the safety of all participants.
3. Unfortunately, we cannot refund tickets and deposits unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled by the organisers, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Should an external event beyond the control of the organisers force cancellation, refunds will be limited to the amounts that can be recovered.
4. The organisers reserve the right to refuse ticket purchase or admission
5. The organisers reserve the right to make any changes to the event due to unforeseen or unavoidable causes and will endeavour to inform the attendees of any changes as soon as they occur. This includes the right to organise the event fully online if the physical event cannot be safely organised.
6. By accepting or purchasing a ticket you agree to the event code of conduct, as published on the event website.

Your personal information is only used as required to organize the event and keep you informed of the event details. Your name and email address may be shared with third party providers as required to grant you access to event resources and platforms. Your contact details won't be shared with event sponsors without an explicit opt-in. Accessing event resources may require you to accept the providers' terms and conditions.
