The data that is collected will be used by the Organizer to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event, and special offers from our sponsors ("digital swag").

Attending the event is only possible with a fully paid ticket. The event and any fringe events are covered by the [Berlin Code of Conduct](https://berlincodeofconduct.org/). By attending you agree to abide by the rules set out therein. We withhold the right to refuse people access at our discretion. No refunds will be given in respect of any cancellations or non-attendance. We withhold the right to change the event's schedule, location, or other details if necessary. This can not be grounds for a refund. If for reasons beyond our control the event can't proceed, we will refund tickets. Our aggregate liability to you for any damages, loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind howsoever arising, out of in connection with any booking (or requested booking) made by you or otherwise in relation to a conference, shall be limited to the price paid by you in respect of your booking to attend the conference.

We collect only what we need to know in order to organize this event, and only keep data as long as needed in order to organize the event, or for legal or tax reasons. We make use of some third party services (data processors).

30 days after the event

We delete all personal data within 30 days after the event, unless we are obliged to keep it for legal or tax filing purposes.
