The data we collect will be used to arrange and manage the Greystones Summer Project (GSP). We will also use data collected to ensure the safety and security of each attendee of the GSP.
While the Greystones Summer Project is mostly about fun and games and having a great there are some ground rules that are needed to make sure that everybody enjoys the Project fully.

We know your personal information is important to you and it is important to Greystones Summer Project (GSP) too. This Privacy Policy tells you exactly what we use your personal information for.
What information we collect and why
We do not knowingly collect or store any data provided by Children under the age of 13.
We use your personal information and the personal information of the GSP attendees to ensure the safe running of the project. This personal information includes but is not limited to, name, date of birth, illnesses/allergies and contact details.
If we do collect any sensitive personal information, we will restrict access to, and use of this. We must have a lawful basis to collect and use personal information, these reasons are outlined below:

With your consent
Consent and how to withdraw consent? If we process your personal information based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. This can be done by contacting us at inforequests@gsp.ie.
Who do we pass your personal information to? We do not share your data with anyone outside of the GSP for any reason other than the health and safety of the Child. In the event of an emergency, your Child’s medical information which we hold on file will be provided to the paramedics that attend to the Child. Information may be collected, retained and reported in line with the Children First Act 2015.
Do we transfer it outside of the EU? No, your personal information is processed and stored within the EU.
How long do we keep it for? All data collected will be retained for the duration of the Greystones Summer Project. Some data may need to be retained for longer periods of time in order to us to meet our requirements under Child Protection Legislation. All registration data will be deleted no later than two years after it is obtained.
What are your rights? You have a number of rights over your personal information which you can exercise free of charge by contacting us at inforequest@gsp.ie You will need to give us information to help us identify you and we will respond to you within one month. Any restrictions to your rights will be explained in our response.
