2.1. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply Tickets to you.2.2. Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your Order to us. These Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide Tickets to you, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.2.3. We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on our Website. We may do so because we change the nature of Services, for technical or legal reasons, or because the needs of our business have changed. You agree that if you do not accept any amendment to our Terms then you shall immediately stop accessing and/or using our Services. Tickets purchased by you before an update will be subject to the Terms applicable as at the date of the purchase.

4. Your use of the Website

By accessing and using the Website you agree to the terms contained in our Website Terms of Use www.fintechweek.com/termsofuse. If you do not agree with or accept any of these terms, you should stop using the Website immediately.

5. Purchasing Tickets from us

5.1. All our events are intended solely for individuals acting for purposes related to his or her trade, business, or profession.5.2. In order to make a purchase from us, you must be 18 years old or more and have a valid credit or debit card issued in your name.5.3. Your contract for purchase of Ticket(s) from us (“Contract”) starts once we have confirmed your Order, and ends immediately after completion of the event for which you have purchased Ticket(s).5.4. Your credit card or debit card will be charged when you submit your Order using our Website.5.5. All purchases are subject to credit or debit card verification (if applicable), other security checks, and collection of payment by us. Your order may be cancelled if it has not passed our verification process or if payment is not received in full.5.6. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) that we reasonably suspect to have been made fraudulently or otherwise in breach of these Terms, without any notice to you, and any and all Ticket(s) obtained as part of such order(s) will be void.5.7. To prevent fraud and protect us, we reserve the right to carry out checks and/or request that additional information be provided in order to verify purchases.

6. Delivery

6.1. Tickets purchased by you will be made available to you electronically using your contact details that you have provided to us, via our Website or as we may otherwise advise you.6.2. Whilst every care is taken to ensure the Tickets purchased by you are delivered in accordance with this Terms, we do not accept liability for loss or damage that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as (but without limitation) the failure of telecommunication systems or the internet or errors in the contact details that you have provided to us.

7. Cancellations / Ticket Restrictions

7.1. Ticket purchases cannot be transferred, cancelled, exchanged or refunded after purchase, save in the circumstances set out in this clause 7 or as we may otherwise agree in writing.7.2. You may not resell Tickets to any third party. Any Ticket resold will be void and may not be used to gain access to the relevant event.7.3. You acknowledge and agree that you may be refused entry to an event by ground staff at the event for health and safety, environmental and security or other legitimate reasons at their reasonable discretion, who may from time to time carry out security searches. No refunds will be available to customers who are refused entry or ejected from an event for reasons of being or appearing to be under age, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.7.4. Cancellation by us: If an event for which you have purchased Ticket(s) is cancelled in full (and not rescheduled), you will be offered a refund of the sale price of your Ticket(s). If you have purchased Ticket(s) for an event that takes place over several days and one or more days (but not all days) are cancelled, you may only be offered a proportionate partial refund.7.5. Rescheduling by us: If an event for which you have purchased Ticket(s) is rescheduled by us, unless otherwise indicated, you will be offered Ticket(s) of a value corresponding with your original Ticket(s) for the rescheduled event, subject to availability. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will be able to obtain a refund of the purchase price of your Ticket(s). Failure to inform us within any deadline specified by us that you are unable to attend the rescheduled event will be deemed to be a reconfirmation of your Order for Tickets for the rescheduled event, and you will not be entitled to claim a refund.7.6. Cancellation by you: if you wish to cancel your Ticket and we receive your cancellation request {30} days or more before the commencement of the relevant event (“Event”), you will receive a refund of the Ticket purchase price we have received from you less an administration charge equivalent to {15}% of the total amount of purchase price of the Ticket. No refund will be payable for any cancellation by you after this period or if you fail to attend the Event. Registrants who cannot attend an event are encouraged to exercise the option of providing a substitute participant to attend in his/her place. A written notification of a substitution will be accepted by email up 48 hours prior to the event date. You must send all cancellation requests to us by email to events@fintechww.com marked for the attention of Fintech Worldwide Team which must be received by us. You acknowledge that the refund of your purchase price in accordance with this clause 7.4 is your sole remedy in respect of any cancellation of your Ticket by you and all other liability is expressly excluded.

8. Accounts / Registration

8.1. This clause 8 applies if you register for an event or for an account on our Website (“Account”).8.2. By registering and using your Account you agree to our Website Terms of Usewww.fintechweek.com/termsofuse8.3. You agree that you shall take all steps necessary to protect any Account login details that we issue to you and keep them secret. You agree that you shall not give your log in details to anyone else or allow anyone else to use your login details or Account. In these terms, references to “login details” or “Account” include your log in details and account for any social network or platform that you may allow our Services to interact with.8.4. If you fail to keep your login details secret, or if you share your login details or Account with someone else (whether intentionally or unintentionally), you accept full responsibility for the consequences of this (including any unauthorised purchases) and agree to fully compensate us for any losses or harm that may result.8.5. We will not be responsible to you for any loss that you suffer as a result of an unauthorised person accessing your Account and/or using our Services and we accept no responsibility for any losses or harm resulting from its unauthorised use, whether fraudulently or otherwise.8.6. We reserve the right to delete your Account if no activity is conducted by you in relation to your Account for 365 days or more, or if you materially or persistently breach any of these Terms (which include our Website Terms of Use www.fintechworldwide.com/termsofuse)

All intellectual property in or relating to content and other materials provided during or at an event remains the property of ours, our licensors or third parties delivering the event. You have no right to, and will not copy, modify, adapt or otherwise use such content and materials for any purpose without our (or our licensors’ or the relevant third party's) express prior written consent.

11. Your breach of these terms

12. Limitation of liability

12.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (i) death or personal injury arising from our negligence; (ii) our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.12.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (i) loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; (ii) business interruption; (iii) loss of anticipated savings; (iv) loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or (v) any indirect or consequential loss or damage.12.3. Our liability to you in connection with an event (including, but not limited to, for any cancellation, rescheduling or material alteration to the programme of the event(s) concerned) and the Ticket you have purchased shall be limited to the price paid by you for the Ticket.

13. General

13.1. If we fail, at any time during the term of the Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under these Terms, this will not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and will not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.13.2. A waiver by us of any default will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. Remedies shall be cumulative and no choice of remedy shall preclude any other remedy.13.3. You shall not assign, mortgage, charge, sub-let or otherwise dispose of the Contract or any rights thereunder in whole or in part.13.4. A person who is not a party to the Contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the Contract but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which is available apart from that Act.13.5. The Contract and any document expressly referred to in them constitutes the whole agreement between you and us and supersedes all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of any Contract.13.6. We intend to rely upon these Terms and any document expressly referred to in them in relation to the subject matter of any Contract, which contain the whole agreement between you and us in relation to such subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the Contract. No variation to the Contract will be enforceable unless mutual agreed by you and us and confirmed in writing.13.7. All notices given by you to us must be sent to Fintech Worldwide Ltd atevents@fintechww.com. We may give notice to you using the e-mail or postal address you provide to us. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.13.8. All Contracts and these Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and you irrevocably submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

We display filming signs at each event and if you do not want to be in shot you will need to make the organizer aware at registration. For speakers we will include a model release within all contracts or by email. We use the content across Fintech Worldwide Ltd online channels and for marketing purposes. • To administer and protect our business, we occasionally share anonymous audience stats (number of delegates, country, industry, type of sponsors), previous event delegate and sponsor data (job title and company only) and anonymous web user data with prospects, media, clients and customers worldwide. We require all third parties to whom we transfer your data to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We only allow such third parties to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
