Freelance Business Month (FBM) organisers may take photographs and video material during the event and reproduce it in the educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the FBM websites and social media.

By participating in the FBM, you grant the FBM the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All photographs and videos made during the event are the property of the FBM and may be displayed, distributed or used by the FBM for any purpose.

Anyone attending FBM must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity, which may disrupt the event.

FBM reserves the right to stop any activity on the part of any attendee that may interfere with, or cause annoyance to any event.

FBM reserves the right to exclude or remove anyone from the event who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who they reasonably consider is likely to break these rules.
