The data we collect from you is used to plan and manage the event you have registered for, as well as to e-mail you important information.

Our website has the full terms and conditions. There are no refunds available for this event, so please be aware of this before you purchase tickets. If you wish to appeal this, we will deal with this on a case by case basis post EJC, depending on whether we make a surplus. Please be aware that travel insurance or event insurance may cover this event, in the case of emergency or illness, so please consider purchasing insurance externally.

We will collect only as much information as we need to provide the services. All information we collect will be provided directly by you. All pre-registration information will be retained for three years, in the event that is required for the EJC to comply with any regulatory requirements (e.g., proving how many people participated). All preregistration information is held by the EJC organisers and EJA.  We may collect other information (for example technical information about your browser) as outlined below in order to run this website and shop.

Until 3 years after the event ends

Data will be retained in the 3 years following EJC as part of the accounts handover to the EJA. If you would like your data removed sooner, please contact us.
