The data collected will be used by the Organizer to plan & manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event. This information will be used for the purpose of processing ticket sales & compiling delegate lists which will be accessible on our event app.

Purchasing a ticket entitles you to entry to the event over both days. You must have ID with you upon registration and must have your lanyard & wristband on you over the course of both days in order to gain access to the event. Your ticket is non-transferrable. Your ticket is non-refundable.

We may collect and process the following User Data about our customers and visitors: (i) first and last name; (ii) address details, (iii) telephone number, (iv) email address, (v) your location when you use our service. This info is used for marketing purposes or in cases that we need to contact you with relevant information about the event.

We will store this information for one year

This information will be stored for a maximum of one year or until you request it to be deleted.
