By registering for dotMD 2022 you:

Understand that dotMD is a professional development meeting for health care professionals and is not open to the public. The organisers reserve the right to cancel registrations for dotMD events where it becomes apparent that the registered person is not a health care professional.

Understand that refunds are available as follows:

All cancellations should be put in writing to dotMD by emailing events@dotmd.ie

For physical attendance registration cancellations can be made until March 1st 2022 but will be liable to a 5% cancellation fee (to cover the costs of ticketing charges).

From March 1st 2022 there will be no refunds allowable.

Refunds are not allowable for virtual registration.

Registration may be transferred to another health care professional assuming they would have been eligible for registration for that type of registration.

In the event that dotMD 2022 is cancelled, or that for reasons beyond the organisers control that individual registrations need to be cancelled or postponed, Medical Spaces Ltd liability is limited to a full refund of the registration fee.

The event and all delegates will need to adhere to Irish government guidelines in place in relation to Covid 19 at the time of the meeting. Clear guidelines will be made available closer to the event as more information becomes available.

Understand that by registering for the dotMD conference you are signing up honour our code of conduct.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organisers.
