By registering for dotMD 2019 you:
Understand that dotMD is a professional development meeting for health care professionals and is not open to the public. The organisers reserve the right to cancel registrations for dotMD events where it becomes apparent that the registered person is not a health care professional.
Understand that refunds are available as follows:
All cancellations should be put in writing to dotMD by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
From 28/1/2019 to 30/6/2019 a €30 cancellation fee will apply
Between 1/7/2019 and 18/8/2019 a €60 cancellation fee will apply
After 18/8/2019 no refund on monies paid
In the unlikely case that the event is cancelled, dotMD Ltd liability is limited to a full refund of the registration fee.
Understand that by registering for the dotMD conference you are signing up honour our code of conduct.
All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organisers.
At dotMD Ltd we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our event attendees. This means that we will respect your privacy and treat any information that we obtain about you with as much care as possible and in a manner that is compliant with all applicable data protection legislation including the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and any national implementing laws in relation to the same (collectively, "Data Protection Legislation"). When you purchase a ticket, we need to collect the following information in order to process the payment:
dotMD Ltd and Tito keeps a record of your name and email address so that we can contact you about your ticket purchase. We do not keep your payment details.
We ask conference attendees to provide us with certain personal information. We ask questions like "do you have any special access or dietary requirements" to help ensure that we are running a high quality and fully inclusive event. Other information (such as job role, or level of experience) helps us get a better understanding about our audience, which helps us to continually refine and improve our service.
Anonymised data based on some parts of the information we collect is sometimes used in marketing material. We promise never to share your data with any third parties without your express permission. We will keep your data for 4 years after the conference.
