The data that is collected will be used by the Organizer to plan and manage the event for which you registered, as well as email you relevant details about the event. No personal information will be transmitted to sponsors. We may use requested information such as gender and professional role for statistics that may be transmitted to participants, sponsors, and third parties. The event will have audio, photo, and video capture. We will be using the audio, photography, and video captured to promote the event in multiple media outlets the following years. By using your ticket, you consent to allowing us use any audio, image or video of yourself at the event in any promotional material we may create.

Event data is stored in the multiple apps we use to organize the event. This means participant info from tickets in Ti.To, Presentation submissions in Sessionize, and miling list names and addresses in MailChimp. We will never transmit this to 3rd parties.
