These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets for events organized by Develer S.r.l., Via San Quirico 233/2 Campi Bisenzio 50041 (FI), Italy.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Develer S.r.l. reserves the right to modify the event programme, speakers, or schedule. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund unless the event is cancelled entirely.
Develer S.r.l. is not liable for any costs incurred by attendees in connection with the event (including travel, accommodation, or other expenses) in the event of cancellation, postponement, or programme changes.
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, speakers, and staff. Develer S.r.l. reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
By attending the event, you acknowledge that photos and video recordings may be taken during the event and used by Develer S.r.l. for documentation and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please notify the event staff on-site.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence, Italy.
